Personel Administration Information System at the Padang City Manpower and Industry Office

The information and communication technology (ICT) revolution provides an opportunity for the government to innovate the development of the state apparatus through the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) or e-government, which is the implementation of government that utilizes ICT to provide services to government agencies, state civil apparatus, business people,the community and other parties. The purpose of this study is to produce an information system that can facilitate the management of employee data and create personnel administration documents. In the Padang City Manpower and Industry Office, there is no application to manage employee data and administration. There are often errors (human error) because the recording is done sober. Thus, it is necessary to provide an integrated personnel administration information system, making it easier to manage data and personnel administration in the form of KGB and leave. The system is built with the PHP programming language and is supported by a MySQL database to process its database. The result of this study is a Civil Service Administration Information System at the Padang City Manpower and Industry Office.
